What is "Mentorship versus Supervision?"

Mentorship is designed for established BCBA’s who feel they need more support in a certain area. This may be guidance on general ACT training, or feedback on a specific client. It is customized to fit your individual needs!
 
Supervision is designed for individuals seeking BCBA supervision who are in need of BACB approved experience hours. Our Supervisors are available for a Full Supervision Package (for those who don’t have a contracted Supervisor) or a Partial Package (for those who want to expand upon their current supervision experience).
 
Each Mentor has their own unique set of expertise and experience. While all of our Mentors are trained in ACT, we also provide Mentorship for other areas of ABA. Please see the Area of Focus below to find the perfect Mentor for your needs!

Ashton is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over ten years of experience supporting individuals and organizations to meet their optimal potential through the application of behavior science.

Brian is a human. He is a human who experiences life. Part of his experience is as an autistic. Brian also happens to be a former special education teacher and a practicing BCBA. But most importantly, Brian is human and loves the human experience. He wishes to help others understand the wonders of this experience. Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. We learn and grow together.

Eric is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) who received a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas Arlington.
Areas of Focus: Business Development, Neurodiversity Affirming, OBM
Erin started out her career as a special education teacher working in early childhood classrooms utilizing Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior as her primary approach to teaching. Erin received her board certification in behavior analysis in 2010 and has been working in homes and schools ever since.

Jenilee is the founder of Mindful Behavior. She has over twelve years of experience in ABA. She has worked in a wide variety of settings, across a multitude of diagnoses, and with a large range of age groups. Jenilee is passionate about merging ACT, Accessibility, and Reform with ABA. Jenilee is also part of the neurodivergent community.

Maria is passionate about helping people live their best lives. Maria started training in ACT at SIU. She has trained under Dr. Mark Dixon and Dr. Steve Hayes. Maria applies ACT to her personal life as well as to her work with her clients that range from ages 4 to 58 years. Maria strongly believes that ACT can be applied in anyone’s life. Maria is fluent in Spanish and English.

Meredith Rush-Inglis is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who provides services across the region of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She holds her BCBA certification and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, across the life span, who have developmental disabilities as well as mental health diagnoses or related concerns.

Michelle L. Zube, M.A., BCBA – NYS has been in the fields of special education and applied behavior analysis for over 15 years. Throughout her tenure, Michelle has worked in a variety of capacities ranging from classrooms, in-home services, to international consultation and program development.

Sarah Alford Hart (she/her) is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Virginia who has worked in the ABA field for over a decade. Autistic and disabled herself, she is passionate about advocating for others who are autistic and/or disabled regarding their rights to live happy, safe, autonomous, and autistic/disabled lives.
