Meredith Rush-Inglis is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who provides services across the region of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She holds her BCBA certification and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, across the life span, who have developmental disabilities as well as mental health diagnoses or related concerns.

Her experience began as a counselor at a summer camp for youth with special support needs. Since then, she has held positions in direct personal support positions, in vocational coaching and adult day-program facilitation, and as a behaviour specialist aid in special education school classrooms. Additionally, she has held positions as a Behaviour Therapist providing clinical oversight to adult group homes, intensive treatment center environments, and Dual Diagnosis in-patient hospital and outreach teams in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She presently works as a Clinical Supervisor and Behaviour Consultant providing in-centre, home-based, and Telehealth Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) programs.

She is passionate about integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) processes into staff training programs to prevent and mitigate burnout symptoms in clinicians, as well as utilizing ACT processes to inform broader organizational policies and employee management. The establishment of ongoing local and global community partnerships to provide individualized and accessible services continues to be a guiding value in Meredith’s work as a Behavior Analyst.

Meredith also knows, from personal experience, that expressing yourself creatively can be incredibly rewarding and straight up fun! She aims to bring the joy that dance and creative movement has given her to others in an accessible and dynamic way, specifically by offering virtual Zumba Fitness classes for all ages and abilities. If you secure Meredith as a mentor or BCBA/BcaBA supervisor, be warned that music and likely a bit of dancing will occur to liven up meetings and learning!
