Melisa provides direct evaluation, consultation and therapy for individuals in the areas of communication in behavior. She also provides independent fieldwork supervision and group supervision for BACB candidates remotely. Currently she works with individuals in fieldwork in the United States as well as two international candidates. She has attended an ACT Bootcamp as well as ACT for Women’s Empowerment multi-day workshops. Melisa sought out and received consultation in the DNA-V model from Dr. Evelyn Gould and has completed PFA training through FTF Behavioral Consulting. More recently she completed a Motivational Interviewing course that has helped to improve her caregiver collaboration approach as well as capturing motivation of adolescent and adult individuals. Melisa is certified in PEERS Social Skills for Adolescents and Young Adults and provide groups via Telehealth. She has moved from a Clinical Management position at Center for Autism and Related Disorders to working in their content development in 2021 to help improve clinical design and quality.
