Panel Focus: The focus of this month’s panel is on supporting and supervising neurodivergent staff within the context of applied behavior analysis. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from autistic professionals, as they share their perspectives and experiences.

Learning Objectives:

1. Supporting Neurodivergent Staff: Learn practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent staff members both as a supervisor and as a peer, fostering an inclusive and understanding work environment.
2. Power Dynamics Awareness: Understand the inherent power dynamics present in supervisor/supervisee relationships and how these dynamics can unintentionally harm neurodivergent supervisees.
3. Remediation of Harmful Dynamics: Identify effective ways to remediate potential harms caused by inherent power dynamics, fostering a more equitable and supportive work environment for all.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs): For Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and International Behavior Analysts (IBAs), 2 Supervision CEUs will be provided upon successful completion of the panel. The cost for CEU access is $30, with the processing fee retained by Mindful Behavior LLC, while the remaining amount directly benefits the esteemed panel participants.

Non-CEU Access: For those not seeking CEUs, there is an option for non-CEU access at a cost of $20. All proceeds from non-CEU registrations will go directly to the panel participants, supporting their invaluable contributions to the field.
