Jennifer Childs is a neurodivergent BCBA™ in Ontario, Canada. She has worked in behaviour analysis for 17 years, beginning in preschool services in the mid-2000s. Jennifer spent 12 years working in the public school system, consulting and training educators in ABA. She has recently returned to private practice as a BCBA™ supporting young learners and their families with a holistic team approach. Through her work, she aims to utilize the science of behaviour analysis to support neurodivergent learners through assent-driven practice to achieve their personally significant goals. She values ongoing learning and is dedicated to personal growth and improvement of the field as a whole.
