Sleep and ACT: Sleep Well, Struggle Less by Hilary McClinton, M.Ed., BCBA

Brief Objective: Insomnia is an incredibly common sleep problem that can impact children and adults. Sleep medication and/or cognitive behavior therapy are usually recommended, but can be short term solutions. Through acceptance and commitment training, as part of a treatment package, we can shift how we view insomnia and develop tools to achieve healthier sleep.
